He even suggested improvements to safety issues that he could do quickly for no/little added cost. We did new floors, new paint, trim, some door repairs, and some other repairs throughout the home. The beginning of the project started a little rocky with some miscommunication but I feel the owner appreciated my understanding attitude and went well out of his way to resolve it and to make sure I was happy. I felt the price I paid was fair especially considering quotes I received for just floors and staircase was close to the total price I paid for this entire project. I was impressed with the speed the project was completed. Micah and Dan communicated with me throughout the project as well with picture updates along the way. I am very happy with the work that is done that I am a little sadden to put my place on the market cause of how great it looks now. I would use them again if I need work done.
